In a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, attractions, town center, and transportation hubs.

location was incredible, close to ferry terminal. it was great to have a river and a lake walk from the apartment too. the bedroom was upstairs with views of the cathedral.

On the whole, it’s excellent base for having fun and exploring Como. I am very satisfied with caring staff and very good service. I would stay here again, everything here was perfect.

The location of this place was the best, just a short stroll away from the Cathedral of Como and within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

I had room where the sofa is. Setting near to sights as well as cafes, restaurants and shops, bus station and the centre. Good service overall.

The staff and host were helpful. The upstairs bedroom was comfortable with nice views of the cathedral. The bathroom was a nice size. The residence provided a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. There is a variety of lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

We loved staying at this characterful base for exploring the popular places in the area, everything was excellent and we didn't want to leave.

Our room was spacious and had a balcony for us to enjoy.

The location of Residence Santabbondio was perfect for exploring the city of Como. I loved being in the heart of the action, with restaurants, coffee shops, and shops all around. The balcony offered a side view of the cathedral, and I could hear the bells ringing throughout the day. The lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, the apartment had a special arrangement with a nearby parking facility, which was convenient since I didn't have a car. The kitchen equipment was excellent, allowing me to cook meals with ease.

One drawback was that the apartment was a bit noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks, cars, and staff from nearby establishments. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.

The bed here is exceptionally comfortable, and the location is perfect, with very accommodating and caring staff.

This place served as a great home base for exploring the area, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and its central location was exceptional.

The staff here were really nice and helpful. Plus, you only had to walk 100 meters to reach Gelateria al Bottegone! 🍦

The apartment was really nice and located in the middle of the city center. It was just a short walk to the lake, which was lovely. The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The warm water in the shower was a definite plus, as well as the fact that the showerhead was clean and free of calc. The receptionist was amazingly helpful and made me feel welcome. The location was exceptional, with shops and the main church nearby. I had a relaxing experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to the History Museum, the town center, the lake, and the Duomo, providing a great overall experience.

Additionally, the apartment is close to a well-stocked supermarket, making it convenient for any grocery needs.

Although the apartment is centrally located, some street noise can be expected in the evenings.
